How far in advance should I reserve a ride?

We recommend booking at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle availability, though we do our best to accommodate short-notice requests.

Which areas do you serve?

We are based in Southbury, Connecticut, and provide private transportation throughout the greater Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts region, including All New York airports and neighboring states.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track incoming flights in real time. Your driver will automatically adjust pickup times to ensure a smooth transition upon arrival. Depending on that status of your flight, some reservations may be changed or altered to accomodate your trip. Communication is key!!

What types of vehicles are available?

Our modern fleet includes two 2023 Kia Sorento SUVs and one 2021 Mazda CX-5 Signature, each fully sanitized, maintained to the highest safety standards, and equipped with modern comforts.

What is your cancellation policy?

Upon booking, you are agreeing to a $60 Cancellation fee that is non-refundable. Please contact our support team for specialized group or event policies.

Are child seats available upon request?

Yes, Child seats are available only if provided by a member of your party.
